Refund Policy

At Tarayu Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Please read our Return & No Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product is defective or tampered with upon delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

No Refund Policy

Tarayu Ayurveda follows a strict No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If your return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

  • Store credit of the equivalent value for future purchases.

No cash, bank, UPI, credit card, or original payment method refunds will be issued.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your Order ID along with supporting photos or videos.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

  5. After the returned product passes inspection, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For any other approved returns, shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
