Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, promotional events, or periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders as part of ongoing promotions.
For orders not covered under free shipping, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders.

Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged package, tampered parcel, or an incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos or videos of the package and product

International Shipping
Currently, Tarayu Ayurveda ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
